First cut out 3 circles out of insulation foam. Make two of them slightly bigger than your middle piece. Cut a hole to fit around your wrist. I used a foam cutter to cut these out, but you can draw a circle and carefully cut it out with a xacto knife. Start sanding it down to the round shape that the bracelet has. If you have little holes you can just patch them up with air-dry clay.
